Understanding Self & Others: Online Process Group Therapy

Therapy
Group Therapy

In this group, you'll explore how to better know and be known by others. Through real-time interactions, you'll witness the impact you have on others and how they affect you. The group provides a supportive space to try out new behaviours, explore different ways of being, and share parts of yourself that might otherwise remain hidden.

My goal is to help you improve your relationships, understand your emotions more deeply, and communicate more effectively. You'll join other adults who are eager to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safer, nurturing environment. This experience will enhance your ability to connect authentically, embrace vulnerability, and build intimacy and closeness with others.

As you participate, you’ll gain insights into how you impact those around you and how they impact you. You'll identify emotional triggers, understand their origins, and receive valuable feedback on how others perceive you and the roles you tend to play in relationships. This group offers the chance to develop awareness and practice new ways of relating and communicating, both within the group and beyond.

Get it touch to embark on a journey of self-discovery and relational growth.
