About Me
I’m Chris (he/him), a Registered Psychologist working with adults across Canada.
I’m passionate about my work in psychology and bring extensive experience in individual and group therapy, psychological assessment, teaching, and research. My roles have included work with public and private schools, nonprofit organizations, universities, charities, and private practice. Currently, my focus is on helping adults who are looking to feel better in their lives make real changes rather than quick fixes.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship creates a safer space for healing and exploration. Much of the harm we experience happens within relationships, and I hope that the relationship we share can offer the support, safety, and connection necessary for repair. Therapy provides a judgment-free environment where we can explore all aspects of ourselves. My practice involves using a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique experiences and needs.
I was born and raised in Calgary, and have lived in Nova Scotia, Japan, and Scotland. In my downtime, I enjoy a variety of hobbies, including cooking, baking, hiking, ikebana (Japanese flower arranging), napping, playing pinball, and making pottery.
